MI Abaga Validates New Mixtape…Says He’s better Than American Rappers


Nigerian hip hop legend MI Abaga releases third mix tape, The Illegal Music 3, and receives mixed reactions from fans and critics – Abaga gets on Twitter to defend his craft, saying he is better than most
American rappers of today Since the release of MI Abaga’s third mix tape (The Illegal Music 3) on Monday February 29, the social media space in Nigeria has been afire with fans and critics dropping their feedback on the project.

Looking at everything, it is easy to say the Chocolate City rapper started the heat with his tweets. He started by airing his feelings on Saturday, February 27 as though trying to build a buzz prior to the release of the mix tape. In a set of tweets, the Chairman rapper spoke about being better than most American rappers out there today. He then reacted to Twitter users who compared him to Pusha T and J Cole, and the frenzy in the wake of this has been nothing short of newsworthy.

Dangote Plans To Generate 12,000MW Of Electricity

The President, Dangote Industries, Aliko Dangote, has said his company should be able to generate about 12,000 megawatts of electricity for the country by 2018.
